The façades embodies a modern tropical minimalist design language, harmonizing clean geometry to create a serene, resort-like aesthetic. The layout is defined by a sequence of vertical and horizontal volumes, strategically staggered to introduce depth and visual interest while maintaining a sense of simplicity and order.
